ICON games night!!

Hopefully all of you are surviving through studying for mid-term exams and writing papers and labs! We’ve been planning for a while now and here it is — GAME NIGHT. It’s to celebrate the upcoming Reading Break and an appreciation to our members for being involved in our event and volunteer activities! What you need to know is

Time: Friday February 17th from 5 to 8pm

Location: Irving K Barber Learning Centre ROOM 261

Admission: Zero.

FREE for our ICON Members ($1 for non-Members)

Game Types (just a friendly-FYI): exciting board AND video games!

and snacks will be supplied at cost

For those of you who missed the IceBreaker event

You also missed the yummy cupcake we were selling.

On the IceBreaker event, members are required to fill out a survey form so we can get to know you better and find out the sorts of things you want to get involved in.

If you missed the survey, you can email icon.ubc@gmail.com to request a scanned version of the survey to fill out. Afterwards you can drop the survey off at Wednesday and Friday any time after 11:00 a.m. at the club office (for directions see the menu bar) Please make sure to indicate the approximate time you will be dropping them off.

If you cannot make it to the above time slots, email us a convenient time for you and we can work something out.

Change of icebreaker room location

For those of you that says Nevile Scarf room 203 on your mini handouts from Club’s Day, it is room 204, NOT 203.
All recent posters and maps are updated to accommodate this change.

Ice Breaker This Friday

Decorate your very own cupcake*** (vanilla or chocolate flavored) with your choice of toppings such as M&Ms, Gummy worms or mini marshmallows!!

Yes! we are doing this to get you to come to our ice breaker…but cupcakes are not the only attractions! Here are the top 10 reasons why you should come to this event:
